CareerCast.com Offers List of Careers for People With Disabilities

JobsNot sure which career path to follow? CareerCast.com wants to help. The online career resource has released a list of the best jobs for people with disabilities.

CareerCast.com analyzed jobs based on work environment, growth potential, income, physical demands and stress. The data showed that the top three jobs for people with disabilities are all healthcare related: pharmaceutical sales, pharmacy technician and physician's assistant.

"Organizations specializing in job placement for the disabled find that healthcare employers offer better access to careers than any other industry," says Tony Lee, publisher at CareerCast.com. "Many Americans have some kind of disability, and a large percentage of them either work in health care today or will find a job in that sector in the future."

Here are the top jobs in order:

  • Pharmaceutical sales
