Numotion Launches Online Store for Wheelchair Users
Numotion, a nationwide provider of complex rehabilitation
technology for people with mobility limitations, has
launched an online store featuring high-performance
and lifestyle products for wheelchair users.
At press time, the growing inventory at
ShopNumotion.com included a selection of Spinergy
everyday and sports performance wheels; the SoftWheel
in-wheel suspension system for manual wheelchairs;
RibGrips ergonomic handrims for manual wheelchairs;
and the TEK Robotic Mobility Device from Matia Robotics, which combines an upright/standing
stance with a compact power base.
TEK users can independently transfer
in and out of the device by using a
remote control system.
Among ShopNumotion.com’s offerings is Soft-Wheel, a wheelchair wheel
with a built-in suspension for a smoother ride.
Visitors to ShopNumotion.com can
browse and read about products,
register to create wish lists and
gift registries, and chat with
Numotion representatives in real
time while online.
Numotion is headquartered in
Brentwood, Tenn., and has more
than 130 office locations throughout
the United States. The company
services more than a quarter-million clients every year.
When Numotion added the Spinergy collection
in February, Numotion CEO Mike Swinford said,
“ShopNumotion.com gives us the ability to more quickly
expand our lifestyle product offerings, getting our
customers the products they want so they can actively
participate in everyday life.”
